Hello!
For this card, I wanted to highlight using just the Tulip Builder Punch to build flowers. The only tiny bit of fussy cutting that I had to do is the stems. Even the leaves are made with the punch.
The DSP is a 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer from the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series paper.
The greeting is punched out with the Story Label Punch and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
