Hello!
Last week I did a FB Live Series focusing on #loveitchopit, a most excellent system to encourage you to use al that lovely Designer Series Paper (DSP) invented by the fabulous Kylie Bertucci from Australia.
You can use any DSP and coordinating product that you wish. Stampin’ Up! offers wonderful Suite Collections that are awesome to use for this. For this series, I used the Bird Ballard Product Suite.
I am going to take this week to highlight the 17 cards I created with 2 sheets of 12×12 DSP. Once you have cut your DSP to 4″x6″ pieces, you can quickly create cards!
Card 13 & 14: On the 6′ side, cut at 3 3/4″. Take this piece at cut the 4″ side at 3 3/4″ as well, making a 3 3/4″ square. Keep the remaining 2 1/4″ x 4″ piece for card 14.
Card 13: Layer the 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ piece on a 4″ x 4″ piece of black card stock. Adhere to your card base.
Card 14: Take the 2 1/4″ x 4″ piece and layer it to a 2 3/4″ x 4 1/2″ piece of black card stock. For this card, there are 5 layers! The card base, 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ black, 4″ x 5 1/4″ white, and then the 2 3/4″ x 4 1/2″ with the DSP on it.
