In February 2020, three friends and I hosted our first “Super Stamp Saturday” event. We had a blast teaching cards based on the included stamp sets. Our participants left with 2 stamp sets, 8 cards they created, gifts and prizes, and a wealth of inspiration and ideas for 4 product suites. We were planning a second event for June 2020, and well, that never took place as we all know what happened in March 2020.
One day, as we socially-distanced visited on the Renée’s patio, I brought up the idea of a monthly club. A monthly card class, featuring Designer Series Paper and embellishments, where we would each teach a card over Zoom and we would be able to visit and craft from the safety of our own houses. Super Stamp Monthly was born.
Our first Super Stamp Monthly was in July 2020. We have grown, developed, and adjusted over the last 3 1/2 years, but the basics are the same: each participant receives a package of products to use for the cards we teach, and still have lots left over for more creating at home. And they are the best Saturday mornings of the month.
Today’s cards are the December 2023 Super Stamp Monthly cards. Each participant received a package of the Bright & Beautiful Memories & More Cards and coordinating envelopes. We created 8 cards at the class! Since we have 3 unique instructors, it is interesting to see our different styles shine in our cards. Think of all the inspiration we took home to create another 12 cards. What a fabulous way to buid your birthday card stash for the year!
We will be creating with the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper in January’s Super Stamp Monthly. Did you know that even if you miss the date of the class, we record all our presentations and they are saved in our exclusive FB group? And you can register late as long as the products are available.
Super Stamp Monthly (SSM) is the monthly card class that I host with 2 Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends. (I fondly call them my Stampin’ Sisters.) We each design and teach one card in our SSM online class. We love crafting with our customers — it is the best day of the month!
The Super Stamp Monthly kit for January includes the Bee Mine Designer Series Papers, Hearts & Flowers embellishments, and the Square Pillow Boxes, as well as the additional supplies needed for the 4 projects. Participants can add the Bee My Valentine bundle at retail (save the shipping and taxes.)
