The Crafty Collaborations team is comprised of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world. Each month, we participate in several collaborative projects including blog hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
This month we are featuring ribbons! And of course, I need to feature this week’s featured Warm Welcome bundle.
Now, I know some people love ribbons. And some people do not. I fall into the latter group, but I am challenging myself to use more ribbons in my cards.
One of my favorite ribbon techniques is to change the color of the ribbon with our Stampin’ Blends. I used the dark Real Red Stampin’ Blend to color the Black & White Gingham ribbon so it would stand out more.
Another thing I do with ribbon is to wrap a section of it around the card and adhere it. Then tie the bow separately.
